As a Remodeling Sales Consultant with Morin's, you'll be the face of our company, helping homeowners find solutions that enhance both the beauty and value of their homes. You'll meet with clients, assess their needs, and guide them through options for siding, windows, roofing, and other exterior upgrades.
This is a dynamic, relationship-driven role ideal for someone who's motivated, confident, and passionate about home improvement. You'll generate your own leads, build lasting customer trust, and represent a company that truly stands behind its work. Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and recommend the right exterior remodeling solutions.
- Generate your own sales opportunities through neighborhood outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
- Prepare accurate proposals and estimates using digital tools and estimating software.
- Manage your sales pipeline and follow up proactively with leads.
- Collaborate closely with project and production teams for a seamless handoff and exceptional client experience.
- Uphold Morin's reputation for Professionalism, Opportunity, Workmanship, Excellence in Relationships, and Respect through Gratitude in every interaction.
- Represent Morin's as a knowledgeable consultant, not just a salesperson.
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of sales experience in construction, contracting, or home improvement.
- Proven ability to generate and close leads independently.
- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, you take initiative and own your success.
- Confidence using tablets for digital presentations, estimating software, and CRM systems (JobNimbus, QuickBooks Workforce) daily.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you listen first, then advise.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physically able to carry a small ladder and safely inspect roofs/attics when required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full time, W2-Employee.
- Commission-based pay with an initial training period pay or base draw available.
- Full product and sales training provided to ensure your success.
- Potential annual earnings: $80,000 to $120,000+
- Bonuses for self-generated sales and performance goals.
