As a Gutter & Siding Installer, you'll play an essential part in delivering the high-quality craftsmanship that defines Morin's. You'll work closely with your crew to install seamless steel siding, gutter systems, and exterior finishes that meet our standards for precision, durability, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Install seamless steel siding, windows, and gutter systems with precision and efficiency.
• Remove and replace existing siding and weatherproofing materials.
• Operate metal trim brakes (intermediate to advanced skill level).
• Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately to meet project requirements.
• Use tools safely and effectively, including tin snips, hand brakes, ladders, planks, and pump jacks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site.
• Collaborate with your crew to complete projects on time and within quality standards.
• Communicate with customers and teammates with professionalism and respect.
• Document work using JobNimbus and QuickBooks Workforce apps.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of carpentry, siding, gutter, or exterior installation experience.
• Proficient with measuring, layout, and installation of siding and trim.
• Comfortable using JobNimbus and QuickBooks Workforce (training provided).
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (required).
• Able to lift up to 90 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in variable conditions.
• Must pass a background check upon a conditional offer.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, W-2 Employee
• Monday to Friday
• Occasional Saturdays as needed based on project load
• Year-round employment (no seasonal layoffs)
