As an Exterior Remodeling Carpenter at Morin's, you'll play a key role in helping homeowners improve and protect their most important investment, their home. You'll install seamless gutters, siding, trim, and windows with precision, ensuring every detail meets our standards for quality and safety.

You'll work directly with other field team members to ensure every project runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Install seamless gutters, downspouts, steel/vinyl siding, and exterior trim/flashing.
- Set windows and doors plumb, level, and square; weatherproof per specifications.
- Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately for a clean, finished look.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient job site.
- Work on ladders, roof edges, and attic spaces as needed for inspections or installations.
- Track time, materials, and project notes using JobNimbus and QuickBooks Workforce apps.
Qualifications
- 2 or more years of residential exterior carpentry or related remodeling experience.
- Strong measuring, layout, and installation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A team-player mindset with reliability and professionalism on every job.
- Willingness to learn and use digital tools (JobNimbus / QuickBooks Workforce).
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Physical ability to carry ladders, work safely at heights, and access attics as needed.
Pay & Benefits
- Full time, W2-Employee.
- Competitive Pay: $23 to $30/hour (based on experience) + overtime pay.
